About

ss-capture is a desktop screenshot and screen-recording tool. It is published under the Cutcompress name and hosted at ss-capture.cutcompress.com.

The app is built with Tauri 2 and a SvelteKit UI. Capture, encode, tray, shortcuts, SQLite, and the local share server run in Rust on your computer. That is why it stays usable with no internet.
